Federal and defense experience

ARCNET supports a U.S. Space Force program as a subcontractor, providing network engineering. Our engineers have also supported other federal and defense programs as subcontractors, providing systems, network, and endpoint engineering, with network design led by a CCIE-certified engineer. We design and operate our own multi-site data centers, so our team brings hands-on experience with virtualization, storage, and backup at scale. We're also the prime IT contractor for city and county governments. References are available on request.

What we deliver

  • Service desk and end-user support — Tier 1–3 support with ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and request management, a maintained knowledge base, and SLA reporting. 24/7 coverage is available.
  • Endpoint engineering — Windows, macOS, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux management: automated builds, patching, endpoint detection and response, and configuration baselines built to NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIG, or CIS benchmarks.
  • Network engineering and secure access — Design and support for Cisco routing, switching, and wireless, led by a CCIE-certified engineer, plus Palo Alto Networks firewalls, remote-access VPN, CAC/PKI and 802.1X certificate-based authentication, network documentation, and carrier circuit coordination.
  • Cloud, virtualization, and VDI — AWS, Google Cloud, and Cloudflare integrations; Azure Virtual Desktop and VMware Horizon; virtual servers, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Security controls and RMF support — We implement NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 controls and Zero Trust practices in your environment, prioritize vulnerability fixes using CISA's Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog, and produce evidence for RMF assessments and POA&M tracking.
  • Microsoft 365 GCC — Microsoft 365 GCC administration from a Microsoft GCC partner, including identity, multi-factor authentication, and account onboarding and offboarding.

Teaming with ARCNET

We join teams as a subcontractor or, on HUBZone set-asides, as the prime with a larger partner. Work we perform counts toward your HUBZone and small business subcontracting goals, and our engineers are used to working inside a prime's processes, tools, and reporting.

  • Subcontract support on your contract or task order
  • HUBZone prime on set-aside pursuits, with your team as a subcontractor
  • Specialty engineering for Cisco networks, endpoints, Linux, and VDI
  • Proposal support: capability narratives, resumes, and references
