Three paths, compared side by side

Renew VMware

Sometimes staying is the right call. We'll help you understand the cost and what you're committing to before you sign.

Move to another hypervisor on your own hardware

Keep your existing servers and switch to a virtualization platform that better fits your budget and needs. We'll help you compare the options, choose the right one, and handle the move.

Move into our private cloud

Retire aging hardware and run your workloads in ARCNET-operated data centers, with backups replicated between sites.

How a migration works

  1. Assess

We inventory your applications, dependencies, licensing, storage, and recovery needs.

  2. Plan

We set the migration order, maintenance windows, success checks, and a rollback plan for every step.

  3. Pilot

A low-risk application moves first. We confirm access, integrations, and backups, and its owner signs off before anything else moves.

  4. Migrate

Remaining workloads move in planned stages, scheduled around your business.

  5. Support

After cutover, we provide monitoring, maintenance, recovery testing, and documentation.

Built to be supported after cutover

A migration isn't finished when the servers move. We document the new environment, set up monitoring and backups, and test recovery. The project and your ongoing support are defined separately, so everyone knows who owns what after go-live.
