People, support, and infrastructure in one conversation

ARCNET connects a Chattanooga-based help desk with hosted desktops, private cloud, and managed IT support. We work with small and mid-size businesses, public-sector organizations, and teams that need additional capacity alongside their own staff. We start by understanding the work your people need to do and what's getting in the way, then recommend the right fit, whether that's everyday support, a planned infrastructure project, or improvements to your current setup, with the responsibilities and tradeoffs clearly explained.

Our own data centers

We operate multiple data centers and host hundreds of customer virtual servers, with backups replicated between sites. Because we run both the infrastructure and the help desk, hosting, backups, and day-to-day support are planned together, and there's one team to call when something needs attention.

Experience across different organizations

We're the prime IT contractor for city and county governments in our region, and we support federal and defense programs as a subcontractor. ARCNET is an SBA-certified HUBZone small business. We also work with small businesses, healthcare and education organizations, nonprofits, and teams in regulated industries. Every organization comes to us with its own requirements and approval process, so we start by understanding yours. Whether you're dealing with an application problem, a staffing gap, a remote-access challenge, or a larger infrastructure decision, we'll help you choose a practical next step.

Support terms that people can understand

Every ARCNET agreement spells out the users and systems we cover, how to reach us, and who can approve changes, along with anything that stays with your internal staff or other providers. 24/7 monitoring is available, and response-time SLAs can be as fast as 15 minutes. We also agree on onsite support, maintenance windows, escalation, and recovery plans for each location up front, so you know exactly what to expect before an issue ever comes up.

Technology experience connected to the work

Technology partnerships and professional expertise support the work behind a service proposal. ARCNET connects Microsoft application and hosted-service needs, endpoint and network security support, enterprise hardware, Linux environments, and virtualization planning.

A clear place to begin

New to ARCNET? Start with a Free IT Environment Review. You'll spend 30 minutes with one of our engineers, we'll review your setup remotely or onsite in our service area, and within five business days you'll get a one-page summary of your top risks, what to fix first, and a ballpark cost. There's no obligation. Just tell us about your applications, users, locations, and the issues that keep coming up.
