One workspace for every location

Hosted desktops give everyone the same applications and files, whether they're at headquarters, a branch office, or a job site. Because we run both the infrastructure and the help desk, access issues, application problems, and device questions all go to one team.

Try it before you switch

We start with a test environment where a few of your users sign in, run their everyday applications, open files, print, and work over the connections they actually use, both in the office and remotely. You see how it performs before committing.

Hosted desktop or remote access to your office PC?

They're different services, and we'll help you choose. A hosted desktop runs in our data centers, so there's nothing to maintain at your office. Remote access connects users securely to the computer already on their desk. Either way, we set up the access controls and identify any licenses you'll need.

Support that stays close to your users

Your team always knows where to go for help with a desktop or application. Before you go live, we confirm application versions, licensing, printers and other devices, backups, and exactly what your service covers.

Your day on a hosted desktop

  1. Get access.

Your administrator tells us which users and applications they need.

  2. Sign in.

Log in through ARCNET Cloud, our hosted apps and desktops portal.

  3. Get to work.

Open the applications and files included in your service, from the office or on the road.

  4. Get help.

Open a ticket in the support portal or call our help desk.
