Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, ARCNET receives your name, email address, organization, service interest, and any optional phone number, message, user count, or timeline you provide. Please do not send passwords, confidential records, controlled information, or other sensitive material through this form.

How inquiries are used

ARCNET uses inquiry information to respond, discuss requested services, coordinate follow-up, and maintain business correspondence. Messages are delivered through the website mail service to the ARCNET inquiry inbox. Inquiry emails remain in business correspondence systems according to the organization's handling practices; this website does not promise a fixed retention period.

Visit and campaign information

The site can attach the landing page, referring website hostname, and campaign source, medium, and campaign to an inquiry. These help identify how an inquiry reached ARCNET. Browser session storage may keep this attribution while you navigate. The site uses a hidden spam field and request limits to reduce automated submissions.

Basic website measurement

ARCNET collects daily totals for public page views, broad traffic sources, approved campaign categories, call-to-action clicks, and accepted inquiries without asking you to enable Google Analytics. This first-party measurement does not use cookies, browser storage, fingerprinting, or visitor identifiers. It does not retain IP addresses, full referring URLs, query strings, contact details, or form messages in the aggregate reporting database. Unrecognized traffic sources and campaign names are grouped as other. Totals are retained for up to 400 days and do not identify unique visitors. Requests necessarily pass through website infrastructure; separate security logging is described below.

Optional analytics and spam services

Google Analytics is configured but loads only after you allow optional analytics. You can change that choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Analytics receives page and conversion information, not form names, email addresses, phone numbers, or messages. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to check automated submissions and may process browser and request information for that purpose. Global Privacy Control prevents optional Google Analytics from loading, including when a previous Allow choice is saved. This signal does not turn off the separate cookie-free aggregate totals. We do not use this website measurement to build cross-site advertising profiles.

Google Analytics uses cookies and browser information to measure visits and interactions after consent. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Providers, security, and your questions

Website hosting, email, and any configured analytics or spam service providers process information to operate those services. Server infrastructure may retain technical request logs for operations and security. Contact info@arcnet.tech to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or discuss deletion. ARCNET will review the request and any applicable record-handling needs. You can also write to us at ARCNET, Inc., 1089 Bailey Ave, Suite B-7, Chattanooga, TN 37404.

Other websites

Cloud and Portal logins are separate services. Links to those and other websites have their own information-handling arrangements. Contact ARCNET if you need details about a particular service before sharing information.
